Donations being collected for Cleveland police officer who lost nearly everything in house fire

CLEVELAND — The Black Shield Police Association are collecting donations for a Cleveland Police Patrol officer who lost nearly everything in a house fire.

Officer Antonio Paine who serves in District 4, lost almost all of his material possessions in a house fire, according to officials.

Paine is described as a model of community policing, raising his children with the citizens that he is serving and protecting.

The Black Shield Police Association is asking for specific donations for the officer that can be dropped off at Cleveland Police Fourth District located at 9333 Kinsman Rd.

Monetary donations are also being collected at theblackshield.org/donate.

To donate money to the fund follow these steps:
1. Click "Donate Today"
2. Click the drop-down menu
3. Select “P.O. Paine House Fire.” 100% of donations will go directly to the family.
