A dump truck crashed into a canal in Valley View on Wednesday, according to the Parma Fire Department.
The truck crashed near Granger and Canal roads early in the afternoon, officials said.
The cause of the crash is unknown at this time. Officials said the driver was uninjured and not taken to the hospital.
As a precaution, Ohio EPA placed booms in the water to prevent chemical contamination, authorities said.
