The City of Mentor is hosting a candlelight vigil for Officer Mathew Mazany, the Mentor police officer who was struck and killed in the line of duty Sunday.
The event is scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m. Friday. Watch a livestream of the event here:

The public is invited to attend a candlelight vigil on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 8:30 PM at the Mentor Civic Amphitheater in honor of Office Mathew Mazany. The vigil will celebrate Mat’s life as well as commemorate the sacrifice he made for his community.
The vigil is organized by the Wives of the Mentor Police Department.
