Matthew McConaughey is shooting the movie "White Boy Rick" in Cleveland and we're keeping track of his movements.
The film, due for a 2018 release, is based on the true story of a teenager who became an undercover informant for the police during the 1980s. Cleveland is playing the role of Detroit, where most of the real-life drama played out. McConaughey plays the protagonist's father.
Did McConaughey bring some luck to the Cavs in Game 4 against the Celtics on May 23? We say, "Alright."
On May 9, he was filming on location in Strongsville! The day before, he and his family ventured outside of the Cleveland area for ziplining.
Then, on May 11, the star stopped by Luna Bakery & Cafe in Cleveland Heights.
Play ball! McConaughey and his kids were spotted at the Indians game on March 15.
