ASHLAND, Ohio — An Ashland man pulled over by a trooper on Sunday has been charged for allegedly drinking and driving, his 11th OVI charge, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The driver was pulled over for speeding and a lane violation while traveling on U.S. Route 42 in Ashland, authorities stated.
According to Ashland Municipal Court, the man is charged with OVI, second OVI in 10 years, speeding and driving in marked lanes.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 15.
