ASHLAND COUNTY, Ohio — An officer-involved shooting involving a ranger from the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District is under investigation by the Ohio Attorney General’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
The Ashland County Sheriff’s Office said the officer-involved shooting happened Sunday night when a ranger was assisting them in a search for an individual in a rural area near Perrysville.
The ranger involved is said to be okay.
There was no additional information released at this time.
