ASHTABULA, Ohio — A grand jury has indicted an Ashtabula man for the shooting death of a woman.
Tony Heinen was indicted on the following charges for the Nov. 8 death of Kerry Waller:
- Two counts of involuntary manslaughter
- One count of reckless homicide
- One count of having weapons while under disability
- One count of using weapons while intoxicated
Authorities said they were called to the scene of an alleged shooting on Nov. 8. When they arrived, they found Waller with a gunshot wound to the chest.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
