A Conneaut man is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and Conneaut Police Department for aggravated murder and the rape of a 13-month-old girl.
Officials filed charges against Joshua Gurto, the boyfriend of the girl's mother.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering up to $5,000 for information that would lead to the capture of Gurto, who is now a fugitive.
Gurto is a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches and weighs around 145 pounds. Gurto has a deformed right ear and misaligned jaw. Gurto has connections to Ashtabula County and western Pennsylvania.
