Cleveland police are investigating the death of a 19-year-old man who was shot in the head while driving Sunday evening.
Police were called to the area near Cudell Recreation Center on Sunday after reports of multiple shots fired around 8:15 p.m.
Officials say 19-year-old Antonio Montgomery was shot in the head while he was sitting in the driver's seat of a GMC Arcadia.
Montgomery was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
Investigators say Montgomery was driving south on West 98th Street with two passengers when shots were fired. The vehicle continued moving, crossing Madison Avenue until it hit a tree at 2025 West 98th Street.
Investigators found multiple shell casings on the scene. Neither of the two passengers were injured. No one has been arrested.
