3,000 without power in Cuyahoga County after substation issue

BROOK PARK, Ohio — According to First Energy's website, more than 3,000 residents in Cuyahoga County are without power.

An equipment issue happened at a substation in the Brook Park area, which caused the outage.

The company is hopeful that power will return by noon.
