A 35-year-old man was shot in the head early Monday morning in Cleveland.
Gregory Levenshown was found lying face down in the dining room floor of a home in the 12000 block of Harvard Avenue, according to a Cleveland police news release.
Levenshown suffered a gunshot wound to the top of the head. He was taken to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where he later died.
The homicide detectives are investigating the fatal shooting.
