An arrest warrant has been issued for Donald Anthony Nemeth, a man suspected of being involved in a homicide that occurred at University Hotel in January.
According to the warrant, Nemeth, 29, had a gun and fired it during an aggravated robbery. Joshua Mascol, of Cleveland, was shot and killed during the incident.
Mascol, 34, was found with multiple gunshot wounds, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
