Cleveland police and EMS responded to a crash in the Corlett neighborhood on Monday morning.
It happened in the area of East 131st Street and Miles Avenue.
Footage from the scene shot by a News 5 photographer shows an SUV in front of damage to the building, which is home to a store.
A 36-year-old man was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center in serious condition, along with a 27-year-old man with minor injuries.
