A Cleveland man is facing a burglary charge for what he may have considered a romantic gesture at the time.

Justin Horeczky, 25, was indicted after he broke into his ex-girlfriend's Newburgh Heights apartment on April 3, and left her some flowers with a note on her bed, according to Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court documents.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on the burglary charge May 2.

Horeczky may have thought he was making a point about his feelings; his ex and the police thought otherwise.
