Cleveland police are investigating an attempted kidnapping on the city's west side Tuesday morning.
Authorities report an attempted kidnapping of a 13-year-old boy at 3735 Fulton Road, which is near a 7-Eleven and Denison Avenue.
The attempted kidnapping allegedly happened at 5:35 a.m. The boy suffered head lacerations and was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment.
The suspects fled the scene.
