Cleveland police have found a 12-year-old girl who was last seen over the weekend.
Mariehona Spraggins left home Saturday and was reported missing Monday by her mother, according to a missing-persons report.
Spraggins was later spotted by a friend of her mother's on East 93rd and Yale Avenue but refused to get in the car and be driven home. She turned around and ran away, the report said.
Police say she was located at a friend's home and released to a parent on the scene.
