CLEVELAND — Cleveland firefighters battled an early morning fire on the city's West Side.
The fire started at around 3:30 a.m. on West 81st Street, just south of Madison Avenue.
Fire officials said all the occupants were out safe.

Cold temperatures and downed wires caused some issues.
