GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — Garfield Heights has repealed their pit bull ban.

Council President Matt Burke said that decision was brought upon by the appellate court ruling that made breed specific legislation unconstitutional.

"We felt that we needed to get our ordinance in compliance with the State ruling," Burke said.
