A Berea Municipal Court judge dismissed the charges after hearing testimonies from Donegan's children Wednesday.
According to court documents, the plaintiff "failed to provide evidence," said a Berea Municipal Court official.
Donegan released the following statement: "My son means the world to me. I categorically deny all charges. I look forward to clearing this up and ask for your compassion, respect and privacy during this difficult time."
