Homicide units were called to investigate a shooting at East 28th Street and Cedar Avenue in Cleveland Tuesday afternoon.
Police say 36-year-old Andre Block was shot in the chest. He was taken to MetroHealth where he died from his injuries. Investigators say Block had been involved in an argument. Two men were seen running from the location.
Cleveland police are investigating the shooting.
