A man was shot on E. 55th Street near the I-490 exit Wednesday morning, police said.
The 19-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to the hip.
He was later found in the Steelyard Commons parking lot near the front of a store, police said.
A News 5 overnight photographer was on the scene when the SUV was being towed away from the front of Home Depot.
The man who was shot was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for further treatment, according to police.
No further information on his condition or what led up to the shooting was released.
