Euclid Police responded to 346 Halle Drive shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday for a man who had been shot. The victim was found lying on the ground outside of the house.
The suspect--who initially fled the area--later turned himself into the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office.
Witnesses told News 5 they heard multiple shots and yelling around 9 a.m.
