The death of a Fairview Park woman is being investigated as a possible homicide, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner.
Lynita McCaslin, 32, was found dead at her home on West 221st Street on Feb. 26 by police who were performing a welfare check.
Police said the scene at her home showed no obvious cause of death.
Police said they are awaiting an official ruling from the medical examiner.
