Melt Bar and Grilled has been added to an exclusive list.
The gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches restaurant has been added to the 2017 Inc. 5000, an exclusive list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.
Melt is joining a list of other successful and well-known independent entrepreneurs. Past versions of the list included Yelp, Vizio, Timberland, Chobani, Zappos.com and Zillow.
Melt currently has ten locations, with one more opening soon.
"It is awesome knowing that our customers find happiness and joy when they visit Melt Bar and Grilled and that we are growing and doing well, but when an impartial third party like Inc. validates that success, that's something we're very proud of," said Matt Fish, owner and founder of Melt Bar and Grilled.
Fish also says the chain's success and recognition is due to the hard work of all of the employees, "everyone that works for Melt since last week or since Day 1."
