Chagrin Falls police told newsnet5.com MiKayla Barratt was found safe in Cleveland by herself.
Chagrin Falls police were searching for Barratt, 15, after she was last seen Tuesday afternoon and had not returned home.
According to police, Barratt had been missing since approximately 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, which is when her friends told police she walked away from school early to get lunch.
Police believed the teen left on her own. She did not have a history of running way, authorities said.
Police said they considered her to be endangered since she had not yet returned home.
