UPDATE: Trumbull County officials say the child is safe and back in Warren.
Police are looking for a missing child with severe asthma who was taken by his non-custodial grandmother.
Authorities say 5-year-old Isaiah Howard was taken by Loretta Dorsey and requires medication.
Their last known location was discovered off of a phone ping on I-90 West, west of Cleveland near Lakewood.
The child was taken out of Trumbull County.
