A man is facing charges after his 5-year-old daughter overdosed on weed candy last week.

Nicolas Hall is charged with endangering children, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after his daughter overdosed on THC, according to a North Ridgeville Police Department news release.

The incident occurred March 7.

Police said the girl ingested weed-laced gummy bears that were found in a dresser drawer in the laundry room.

The candy came from Colorado.
