Euclid man charged with murder after calling 911, telling dispatcher he killed his wife

A Euclid man has been charged for allegedly stabbing his wife to death earlier this week. 

Police responded to the home in the 400 block of East 222nd Street around 11:49 a.m. on Tuesday after a man called 911 and said, "I just killed my wife." 

When officers arrived, they found 58-year-old Lori A. Gonzalez dead inside the home. 

Carlos Gonzalez-Manjarrez is charged with murder. 

His bond is set at $1 million.
