Police are looking for a missing teen last seen leaving for school on Cleveland’s East Side.
15-year-old Trajon Moore was reported missing after leaving his group home on the 19000 block of Nottingham Road to go to school at Glenville High School on Dec. 6., police said.
Moore is 5’3” tall and weighs 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green jacket, according to police.
