Program giving affordable resources to pet owners expands to more neighborhoods in Cleveland

CLEVELAND — A local organization helping pet owners by providing affordable and accessible pet care is expanding outreach services to Collinwood, Glenville, St. Clair-Superior and Hough residents.

The program led by Neighborhood Pets Outreach & Resource Center provides preventative wellness care, spay and neuter services, basic supplies, training, information and counseling.

Program members include senior citizens on fixed incomes, single mothers, U.S. veterans, and disabled and unemployed Cleveland residents.
