BROOK PARK, Ohio — UPDATE: The power has been restored.
Scattered power outages are being reported across Cuyahoga County.
According to First Energy, 4,664 people are without power in the county.
The largest outages are being reported in Brook Park and Middleburg Heights.
Power should be restored by midnight.
