CLEVELAND — The Cleveland senior community is coming together to create blankets for those in need.
Every Thursday, beginning Feb. 6, residents and volunteers will meet at the Audra L. Rose Creative Arts Studio inside Judson Park senior living community from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. to create fleece blankets as part of the Community Blanket Project.
The blankets will be distributed throughout Cleveland by volunteers from the Street Ministry of Polaris Church in Brunswick.
Volunteers and residents will meet each Thursday until the blankets are finished.
