The Shoppes at Parma will become an open-air retail space, developers announced Thursday.
The mall has been under renovation for months, but PECO Real Estate Partners announced that the remainder of the building will be demolished to create the open-air retail.
The space will have four buildings with roads and sidewalks in between.
New tenants will include Sephora, Jimmy John's, Chipotle, Panera and GNC.
The project is expected to cost $85 to $90 million.
