South Euclid seeks artist to create mural on brick wall in downtown

SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio — The City of South Euclid is seeking proposals from experienced muralists to design and execute a public art mural on an exterior wall in downtown South Euclid.

The mural space on the brick wall measures 50 feet by 10 feet, and is on a privately-owned building, according to the city.

The installation is part of a key component of a revitalization plan developed by the urban growth firm YARD and Company to improve commercial uses and civic engagement in the city’s downtown district.

Proposals for the mural must be submitted electronically to by 5 p.m. on April 30.
