A Burton Village man accused of running a stolen ATV ring from Geauga County into Cleveland is facing a slew of charges, according to the Geauga County Maple Leaf.
Earl J. Adkins, 32, was indicted by a grand jury on Aug. 30 on engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, grand theft of a motor vehicle, breaking and entering and other felony charges.

The Maple Leaf reports, after a four-month investigation, police took Adkins into custody while he was driving a U-Haul truck with two allegedly stolen ATVs inside. Adkins allegedly admitted to investigators he was behind thefts in Troy, Auburn and Burton Township.
Adkins is accused of stealing a total of nine ATV or dirt bikes between April 27 and July 7, according to the Maple Leaf.
