Although the weather is finally warming up and it seems like a good day to be outside, Veterans Park in Mentor will be closed.
The park will be closed all day Monday and part of the day Tuesday for deer culling.
Professional marksmen will be in the park to cull the deer.
The meat will be donated to local food banks.
Mentor has been culling deer for the last several years.
