Police are thanking some Good Samaritans for saving a driver who was found unconscious in a car in Willoughby Monday.
According to police, the Good Samaritans found the driver behind the wheel of a running car in the area of Maplegrove Road and State Route 84.
They smashed the window, helped officers pull the woman from the car and then assisted in CPR.
The woman was transported to LakeWest Medical Center, where she is being treated for an unknown medical issue.
"A BIG thank you goes out to the citizens who assisted in this incident," police wrote on the department's Facebook page. "You very well may have helped save a life."
