A man dressed as a woman inappropriately touched a 14-year-old girl in the Mentor Public Library Sunday, according to Mentor Police.
Now police are asking the public's help in identifying the suspect.
Authorities said the man entered the library at 8215 Mentor Avenue and struck up an unusual conversation with the girl then inappropriately touched her and left.
The girl was not injured physically, police said.
Video of the suspect is posted on the Mentor Police Department's Facebook page and in the video player above.
