AVON, Ohio — Railroad Brewing Company in Avon is giving back to the local community, holding a food and toy drive for those in need.
The brewery is teaming up with the Community Resource Service in Avon Lake and Church on the North Coast to distribute the collected donations.
In addition to food and toys, the brewery is also accepting gently used children’s clothing, pet food and cash donations from those looking to help.
“We are in the season of giving so we thought we would start a food drive, a toy drive, a used clothing drive and a pet supply drive for people that need the help,” said Jerome Moore, co-owner of Railroad Brewing Company.
Donations can be dropped off at Railroad Brewing Company, located at 1010 Center Rd. in Avon, from now until Dec. 20 during their normal business hours.
