The Medina County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing and endangered elderly man.
Deputies say 86-year-old Albert Simmons left his home around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
He was last seen wearing a purple pull over shirt, black pants and driving a gray 2007 Ford F-150.
Simmons was supposed to be going to Chippewa Lake and has not been seen since.
Simmons family told officials he is in the beginning stages of Dementia and may be lost.
