40-year-old William Roberts insists he is fighting alleged corruption in the Portage County court system.
Williams made those remarks in an exclusive jail cell interview.
"This all goes further than this Amber Alert," says Roberts.
He says he surrendered to police last week after allegedly abducting his 15-year-old daughter to expose those who sent him to prison in 2005 for molesting a young girl.
A hearing regarding custody was held today in Portage County and a magistrate's ruling is expected tomorrow.
The case involves the same magistrate who awarded Roberts custody last year--and at the end of last month when Roberts faced a drug charge.
