LEXINGTON, Ohio — The Ohio State Highway Patrol are investigating a fatal crash in Mansfield.
Troopers said the crash happened Saturday before 3 p.m. on State Route 546 near mile marker 8.
Ronald Broeske, 62, was driving a 2003 Ford F-250 north on State Route 546.
Broeske failed to negotiate a curve, slid off the left side of the road, and struck an embankment which caused his truck to roll over multiple times.
He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was ejected from the vehicle.
Broeske was pronounced dead at the scene.
