A man and woman were charged with endangering children and rape after they both had sex with an 8-year-old and let the other adult watch during the assaults, according to authorities.
According to Stark County Jail, Heather Leigh Bowe, 25, of Canton, knowingly solicited and encouraged her live-in boyfriend to have sex with her 8-year-old child.
Bowe told authorities she allowed the sexual assault to take place while she watched.
Officials from the jail reported James Lewis Richardson, 29, of Canton, also said he knowingly had sex with the 8-year-old and watched his live-in girlfriend have sex with the child while he watched.
Bowe and Richardson were both charged with endangering children and rape.
