BARBERTON, Ohio — A missing 3-year-old girl out of Barberton was located, along with her mother, by Akron police late Wednesday night.

Police said they received a call Wednesday nigh that the girl was missing from 7th Street North West.
She was last seen wearing a mostly solid dress with kitten or pumpkins on it and white leggings.
Her last known permanent address was in California.
The mother has no custody of the girl and has issues that officers believe could put Ellie the girl in jeopardy, according to police.
She has no known vehicle and is known to frequent shopping areas.
