A man has been charged with murder in connection to a stabbing in Twinsburg over the weekend.

A body was found in a home on Darrow Road Sunday morning.

Twinsburg police said they received a phone call around 10:15 a.m. regarding the body. Police made entry to the home to find a 26-year-old man with a stab wound. He was cold to the touch.

Police later identified the victim as Mark Bates. He was a resident of the home.

The suspect, 29-year-old Robert Hanford, who also lived at the home, was taken into custody and charged with murder.

He is set to appear in court Monday.
