A man from Garfield Heights was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for multiple sex offenses involving seven young girls ages ten to 15.

Scott Brundage, 49, was arrested by the United States Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force. He was charged with four counts of rape, nine counts of gross sexual imposition, two counts of sexual imposition and one count of corrupting another with drugs.

The charges against Brundage are the results of an investigation by the Stow Police Department. Police say the last charge resulted after he allegedly persuaded one victim to ingest illegal substances.

The investigation began in January when the youngest victim told her mother Brundage, who lived in their home in Stow at the time, had been sexually assaulting her. Investigations revealed her siblings, also girls, had also been victims.

Two months later, another parent reported her daughter had been sexually assaulted by Brundage.

Brundage was taken to the Summit County Jail after his arrest. He will remain there pending his arraignment.
