From our partners at the Akron Beacon-Journal and Ohio.com comes this grave story about the Boston Hills Pet Cemetery.
Frank Iannaggi, who uses a wheelchair, was able to visit his cat Yetty's grave at the cemetery with no problem--from 2011 to 2016. That's when, he says, he encountered "large mounds of earth, mulch and plants that blocked his access to the grave from the parking lot."
"He and Yetty have a common bond — both were missing two legs." -- Ohio.com
According to Ohio.com, Iannaggi is suing John and Patricia Roman is Summit County Common Pleas Court.
Iannaggi says the the Romans, who bought the part of the cemetery property that includes Yetty’s burial site, are responsible for the barriers keeping him from Yetty's grave. The cemetery is operated by the Friends of Pet Cemetery Association(FOPCA).
