Interstate 77 at Ghent Road in Bath Township is back open after a crash involving a semi.

Ohio State Highway Patrol says a blue, 2014 Nissan Versa was driving northbound on I-77 when the driver lost control and hit a blue 2006 Freightliner tractor trailer.

The truck went off the road and hit a pole supporting an overhead traffic sign, causing the sign to fall across the highway and block all northbound lanes. The truck landed on its right side off the side of the road.

Neither driver was injured in the crash.

The clean-up efforts after the accident to remove the sign and the overturned truck closed the highway for about four hours.

Traffic was being detoured at State Route 18.

The highway reopened around 5:30 p.m.
