SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio — Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases across the state and in Northeast Ohio, Summa Health announced it will be suspending a number of elective procedures beginning Tuesday, Dec. 1 at 12 a.m.

The health care system announced that most elective procedures in surgical services, cardiology, endoscopy and interventional radiology will be stopped.
