DOVER, Ohio — A group from Dover High School made an interesting discovery Wednesday morning.
The 1915 cornerstone was removed from the school for preservation and placement into the new high school.
A time capsule was found inside of the cornerstone.
Newspapers from 1914-1915 covering World War I, articles regarding the construction of the high school, the first "Crimson and Gray" yearbook, a study book, board of education signatures and more were found inside the time capsule.
The school plans on sharing video of their discovery in their student's newspaper. That video will be posted here.
